Warranty Policy – Havospark Mini Jet Boats & Products

At Havospark, we are committed to delivering high-performance watercraft, including every mini jet boat for sale, mini boat, and mini jet boat kit we offer. This warranty policy outlines the coverage, terms, and conditions for all Havospark products.
What Is Covered Under This Warranty?
This warranty applies to all products sold directly by Havospark or through authorized partners and resellers. Whether you purchase a mini jet boat, a mini boat for sale, or related equipment, we guarantee our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Important: Complimentary or free accessories are not included in warranty coverage.
Product Coverage Details
Electric Watercraft & Related Systems
All electric-powered watercraft products, including components associated with a mini jetboat or similar systems, are covered as follows:
- Standard Components: Covered for 12 months from the date of delivery
- Batteries: Covered for 24 months
- Warranty Type: Covers manufacturing defects only (materials and workmanship)
If a defect is confirmed, Havospark will repair or replace the defective part or product as needed. Refunds are not provided under this warranty.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not apply to damage or issues resulting from:
- Improper use or misuse of the product
- Accidents or negligence
- Unauthorized modifications or tampering
- Damage caused by collisions or foreign objects in water
- Wear and tear from normal usage
- Jet propulsion system damage due to debris
- Structural damage to outer housing materials
- Battery issues beyond standard defect coverage (except internal faults)
Any mini jet boats for sale or mini jet boat kit products found to be altered, abused, or improperly handled will not qualify for warranty service.
Warranty Duration
The standard warranty period is:
- 12 months from the date of delivery for most products
- 24 months for batteries
This warranty is provided in addition to any applicable consumer protection laws.
Who Can File a Warranty Claim?
Warranty claims can be made by:
- The original purchaser of the product
- Anyone who has received a transferred warranty (approved by Havospark)
To submit a claim, proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Note: Warranty transfers do not extend the original warranty period.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product—whether a mini jet boat, mini boat for sale, or related equipment—has a defect, please contact us for assistance.
Our team may request:
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Product details and purchase information
- Additional documentation to verify the claim
All warranty decisions are made by Havospark in accordance with this policy.
Warranty Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, Havospark may choose to:
- Replace the defective product or part
- Repair the product
- Cover the cost of repair or replacement
- Request reasonable shipping costs for replacements (if applicable)
For purchases made through authorized resellers, replacement items may be shipped to the reseller for final delivery.
If a claim is found to be invalid, customers are responsible for all shipping and any requested service costs.
Compliance with Local Laws
This warranty operates alongside all applicable local consumer protection laws. Where required, Havospark will comply with regional legal obligations.
