This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for all Havospark products. By placing an order through our website or with our sales team, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

After you place your order, our team will contact you to confirm the estimated processing time for your selected product(s). This processing time refers to how long it takes before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier and does not include transit time.

Processing times may vary depending on product type, season, and order volume. We always work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your Havospark Mini Jet Boat sooner, but delivery estimates are not guaranteed at the time of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification.

Estimated Processing Times

Our current estimated processing times are listed below:

  • Mini Jet Boats: Approximately 3 business days, Monday through Friday.

  • All Other Products: Approximately 10 business days, Monday through Friday.

Shipping Time and Delivery Costs

Delivery times depend on your location, the product ordered, and the shipping method used. While we work closely with trusted logistics partners to provide accurate shipping information, transit times are estimates only and may vary.

Product pricing does not include shipping charges. Shipping costs are calculated based on the product’s size, weight, category, and delivery destination. After your order is placed, we will confirm the shipping method and applicable shipping cost by email.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available only for Mini Jet Boat For Sale shipped to select states in the United States.

Eligible free shipping states may include:

  • California

  • Florida

  • Texas

  • New York

  • New Jersey

  • Illinois

  • Georgia

  • North Carolina

  • South Carolina

  • Virginia

  • Pennsylvania

  • Massachusetts

If your order requires sea freight, delivery may take longer than standard shipping methods.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

If you are located in the United States, Havospark will cover applicable import duties, fees, and taxes where required.

For customers outside the United States, any import charges, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. You may also need to coordinate directly with your local customs office or port authority to complete the delivery process.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing an international order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information whenever available.

In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate parcels. If this happens, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment so you can follow your order’s progress.

Electric Surfboards and Battery Shipments

If your order includes a battery, please note that shipping time may be longer because batteries are classified as dangerous goods. In some cases, the battery may be shipped separately from the rest of your order and arrive on a different vehicle or at a later time.

This may add approximately 1 to 4 additional days to the delivery schedule.

During transit, tracking updates may occasionally show that a package has been delayed or temporarily held. In most cases, this is resolved once the carrier clears the shipment. If any further action is needed, our logistics partner will contact us directly.

Signature Required on Delivery

Because Havospark products are high-value items, a signature is required upon delivery.

For added convenience, we recommend shipping to a business address or another location where someone will be available to sign for the package.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If your order has not yet been dispatched and you have not received shipping confirmation or tracking details, you may still update your delivery address.

To request an address change, please contact our team at sales@havospark.us with your updated shipping information as soon as possible.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

Once your order has entered transit, delays or delivery issues are generally outside Havospark’s control. If a shipping problem occurs, we will work with our logistics partner to help investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can review the situation and assist you.
