Refund and Return Policy

At Havospark, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window beginning from the date you receive your item. To request a return, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.

Important Return Notice

Please note that surfboards are final sale and cannot be returned after purchase. Returns are not accepted for surfboards under any circumstance.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means it should be:

  • Unused or unworn.

  • In its original packaging.

  • With all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.

To begin the return process, please email us at sales@havospark.us  . Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us right away so we can review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible. Customers may refuse delivery if the package has severe shipping damage that affects the product’s function, or they may contact us if parts are missing or critically damaged.

To help us evaluate the issue, photos and/or videos are required as supporting evidence.

What counts as critical damage?

Critical damage refers to a condition where the product’s main structure is visibly deformed or damaged in a way that prevents normal use.

What is not considered a defect?

The following situations are treated as normal wear or shipping-related cosmetic issues and do not qualify for free replacement or refund:

  • Minor damage to outer packaging.

  • Small scratches or slight paint loss.

  • Damage to wear-and-tear parts after extended use.

  • Damage to parts that occurs after repeated use over time.

Non-Quality Returns

If you would like to return or exchange an item for reasons unrelated to product quality, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. A 10% processing fee may apply. However, this fee may be waived if you place a replacement order.

For approved returns, Havospark can provide a return shipping label and arrange carrier pickup. Customers may also choose to return the item themselves or arrange their own shipment.

If you choose to handle the return shipment yourself, please note that once your request has been approved by our customer service team, you are responsible for ensuring the package is returned safely and successfully. We strongly recommend using signature confirmation and adding shipping insurance. Havospark is not responsible for damage, loss, or shipping issues on self-arranged returns.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the situation and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Accessories.

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Special-order products.

  • Used items, except in extreme cases involving serious malfunction or breakage.

  • Hazardous materials.

  • Flammable liquids or gases.

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before sending it back. We are happy to help clarify.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange a product is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want instead.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at marketing@hoverstar.com.
